These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by the customer.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we were unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms and Conditions, such as age restrictions. We will send you the details of your order via email. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer login.

We reserve the right to terminate or withdraw any order for whatever reason it sees fit, without explanation to the purchaser. We will notify you if we do not accept your order. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of withdrawing any products from sale whether or not that product has been sold.

Our acceptance of your order will only take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance of an order.

AVAILABILITY
All orders are accepted subject to stock availability.

VALUE ADDED TAX
Books are not subject to VAT.

PAYMENT
We accept MasterCard, Visa Electron, Visa and credit cards, using service LiqPay as payment operator.

LIABILITY
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery, or refund you with the amount paid for the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to limit our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
We will endeavor to acknowledge and respond to any complaints within 2 working days. Should a complaint take any longer than these customers will be notified.

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
By purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms of sale. We have the right to revise these terms and conditions including prices at any time. We also have the right to decline service to any individual customer.
